I.M. Legacy Counseling & Consultation is a sister-founded tele-mental health practice that supports minoritized communities with an intentional dedication to Black girls and women. I.M. Legacy Counseling's sole mission is to help you ignite your legacy via evidence-based therapy and community conversations to decrease psychological distress and promote mental and emotional well-being.

Thank you for selecting me to join you on your journey, I am Audia Fraley, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor and Co-Founder of I.M. Legacy Counseling and Consultation Services. I have centered my therapeutic practice on addressing the unparalled identity-based traumatic experiences of Black girls and women through the lens of anti-oppressive practice. I consciously curate client-centered experiences through reverence for traditional healing practices while incorporating mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), suicide prevention education, and multisystemic treatment.

Vaya Fraley, is a dually Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor and co-founder of I.M. Legacy Counseling & Consultation Services. Vaya specializes in serving African-American women with visible disabilities or emotional struggles with trauma, depression, and anxiety. Vaya has expertise in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to encourage rethinking difficult situations and managing intense emotions.
